Since its formation in 1980, Chicago Push has evolved into the most progressive sound in polka music in the last 25 years. Under the direction of Lenny Gomulka, the group has received numerous awards from radio stations, booster clubs, and organizations nationwide, including the International Polka Association, United States Polka Association and the United Polka Association. Twelve-time Grammy nominees, Lenny Gomulka and Chicago Push are noted for their unique arrangements and innovative musicianship and have mentored many aspiring bands and musicians.

Buffalo-based polka band Phocus makes their first-ever Illinois appearance during St. Patrick's Day weekend. Phocus will be playing the best in polka music, obereks, and waltzes, including new songs from their brand-new CD "Blurred Vision" and their first CD "In Focus".
