We're back! Mark it on your calendars; the next gathering at the Biblioteca Latinoamericana in San José, CA will be on Saturday, July 14, from 10 am - 2 pm in the community room. It's been a while, so this will be a real reunion and we hope everybody can make it.
All players, from beginner to pro, are invited to come play and learn tejano/conjunto/norteño tunes, and even non-accordionists are welcome to join in the fun (break out the bajo sexto!).
Musicians have come from Sacramento, Vallejo, Richmond, South San Francisco, Colma, Berkeley, San Leandro, San Lorenzo, Redwood City, Palo Alto, Santa Clara, San Francisco, San Jose, Gilroy, Hollister, Firebaugh, Salinas, and even L.A. for these get togethers. We hope to see you there on Saturday!
We meet on a regular basis the 2nd Saturday of each month for a few hours. The time and place varies depending on availability of the room.
