Ladies Day Concerts

Come and join us for a full day of accordion concerts featuring women accordionists! Treat yourself to Scottish, French, Classical, and popular music throughout the day. Concerts are at 10am, noon, 1pm and 2pm. Performers include:

* Sylvia Miskoe (10am)
Renowned for her participation in the Strathspey and Reel Society as well as the group "The White Cockade" Sylvia excels in performing Scottish music. She is a recording artist in not only Scottish but in contra, Irish, and Quebecois music as well. She is also highly acclaimed as a caller on the folk dance circuit.

* Mary Tokarski (noon)
Teacher and concert accordionist, Mary performs both nationally and internationally as a soloist, with Symphony Orchestra and as a member of The 'K' Trio. Included in the concert will be works from Mary's FIRST solo CD "Music with Mary...for my Friends!" plus some other exciting accordion music.

* Anita and Bob Siarkowski (1pm)
As an accordionist, Anita’s claims to fame are her theme-oriented repertoires and outfits to fit every occasion -- plus her sense of humor! Aside from solo engagements, Anita also plays duet with her husband, Bob, (in coordinated apparel) for private parties, organizations, etc. Their concert for us will feature French music. Ooh la la!

* Donna Maria Regis (2pm)
Performer, arranger, composer and conductor, Donna is an accomplished accordionist in every way. She will be performing novelty accordion pieces, classical and popular music. Donna’s concerts are always a delight at the New Hampshire Accordion Association monthly meetings. She is a virtuoso accordionist not to be missed!

Concerts are held in our "Wall of Fame" Music Room. An 11am brunch buffet will be served so you won't have to leave the premises and miss any of the performers.
