Experience the virtuoso fireworks of Stas Venglevski, as he performs folk music from around the world. Listen to the music of Russia, Argentina, Norway, Hungary and America thru the brilliant artistry of Stas Venglevski. His keyboard artistry, dazzling technical command and sensitivity have brought Stas increasing acclaim as a virtuoso of the bayan. Stas, a native of the Republic of Moldova, part of the former Soviet Union, has performed with chamber groups and orchestras around the world, and has been a featured guest performer on “A Prairie Home Companion.”
Venglevski will perform with the Sheboygan Symphony Orchestra during a program that includes "Norwegian Dances" by Grieg, "Thunder and Lightening Polka" by Strauss, "Flight of the Bumblebee" from "Tsar Sultan" by Rimsky-Korsakov, "Hungarian Dance No. 5" by Brahms and Fanfare from the "William Tell" Overture by Rossini.
