What:
Sacramento's second annual Tejano Conjunto Festival takes place on August 31st at Cesar Chavez Plaza from noon to 10pm. If you enjoyed last year's festival, then you will surely enjoy this one. There'll be a kickoff party the night before. Tickets are $25 in advance and $35 at the door; children under 12 are free.
