Valtaro Accordionists Reunion

On Sunday, August 23, Magnanini Winery (Wallkill, NY) will be hosting its twentieth edition of the Valtaro Accordionists' Reunion. This event was originated by the late great Valtaro accordionist Gelso Pellegrini who was a great advocate of the Valtaro Musette style. Gelso played at the winery for many years and was directly responsible for transforming the winery into a "musical Mecca" for accordionists of all kinds. His legacy continues and this year's corps of performers is a fitting tribute to what he initiated two decades ago. Every year this very special day is always a sell-out.

This year's guest accordionists and vocalists will include Vicki Atwater, Phil Battiston, Aldo Bruschi, Frank Carozza, Carmen Carrozza, Lou Coppola, Danielle Delgrosso, Andy Ferretti, Dominic Karcic, Emilio Magnotta, Mary Mancini, Ron Morton, Marino Nicolich, Ray Oreggia, Bruce Reed, Linda Soley Reed, Pete Spagnoli, Tom Stallone, Mario Tacca, Frank Toscano and Mike Zeppetella. Preparations are being made to make this year's event something special.
